  • We are looking for a minimum Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of two digits, in dollars, for our investors.

  • We invest in projects with constant recurring income, to mitigate speculation risks.​

  • Leverage of projects up to 85%.

  • Minimum capital investment of US $ 10 million per project.

  • Long-term investments. Average payback period of 5 years.
